Richard Watterson is the father of Gumball, Darwin and Anais. He is an overweight rabbit who has no job. He stays at home and spends most of his time playing video games or watching television. He has a large appetite and he is a very voracious eater. He doesn't appear to have any degree of responsibility. He is also the color pink like Anais (which is probably how she got her color). He doesn't always wear pants.
